A new report has revealed that the royal family were left distinctly unimpressed by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s war against the press in recent months, and as a result, have iced the pair out of the royal fold.

Richard Palmer, royal correspondent at the Daily Express explains that senior royals – in particular Prince Charles and wife the Duchess of Cornwall have been less than supportive about how vocal Harry and Meghan have been about their hatred of the British press.
“There has been no support from within the Royal Family, as far as I can tell, for Harry and Meghan’s confrontational approach to the media,” Palmer said.
“They are out on a limb on that.”
It is believed Charles and Camilla in particular think it was unwise for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to speak against the press in such a confrontational way.
“The Queen, Charles and Camilla, and the Cambridges don’t think it a good idea and there have been words,” Palmer said via Twitter.
“They’ve all had their ups and downs with the media.”
Furthermore, the Queen is said to be “disappointed” about Harry and Meghan’s relationship with the press.
“The Queen is disappointed how it’s all turned out in the first 18 months of the Sussexes’ marriage.
“Like others in the family, she is concerned about their emotional wellbeing and she sees them regularly.”
It was confirmed yesterday via a statement from Buckingham Palace that Harry and Meghan, along with their six-month-old son, Archie, will be skipping Christmas with the royal family at Sandringham in Norfolk, in favour of spending six weeks in LA with Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland.
