For Natasha Grunberg, this story was especially familiar. So she took matters into her own hands. Natasha founded her own petite fashion brand, VIV The Label on the premise that “petite” shouldn’t equate to small, but proportionate. Launching with a size range 4 through 16 (with plans to expand), the ethos of VIV is to create quality clothes that transcend trends and most importantly — they fit well.
Crafted from premium materials that have been chosen for comfort, breathability and longevity, the collection perfectly accommodates any occasion, epitomising the brand ethos: “Fit For Your Height, Designed For Your Life.” Think maxi dresses that won’t drag, trousers that are cut to perfection and cute cardigans made from premium knitwear.
Delivering a petite fashion line that has all women at front of mind is what VIV is all about. “There’s a misconception that petite women are always tiny in build,” Grunberg says when discussing what inspired her to start the label. “In reality, petite simply refers to height. Our mission is to create clothes that celebrate shorter frames.”
And that intentional approach also extends to their production. VIV works with responsible manufacturers and produces a limited number of pieces in order to adhere to a more ethical fashion framework. For Grunberg and VIV, it’s about quality garments that are thoughtfully made at every stage.
