And in great news for the fans who are dying to see their favourite characters come alive on TV, Daisy Jones and The Six is now deep into the production stages.
Lead actress Riley Keough shared photos from the set on their first day of filming to her Instagram, where the band of talented actors sat around on bikes branded with the show name.
“Day 1 of Daisy Jones and the Six today. I am so, so proud of how hard everyone has worked to bring this story to life,” she wrote.
“All of the writers have done SUCH an incredible job. Everyone at Amazon, the whole crew on the show side and also the music side working tirelessly and tiredly to make us sound good.
“The cast for working so hard learning how to do things we’ve all never done. Thank you thank you thank you!!”

Daisy Jones and The Six follows the meteoric rise of American rock band The Six, who must adapt to the expectations of the industry in order to continue their success.
This leads to the promise of an album with rising star, solo singer Daisy Jones, with producers believing the acts can help each other along in their success.
Stunning, chaotic, and talented, Daisy shakes things up among the band – leading to a series of creative clashes and love triangles, all the while brilliant music is made.
The story was loosely based on the exploits of Fleetwood Mac, who are known not only for their music, but the many intricacies of their relationships as members of the band.
Who will star in Daisy Jones and The Six?
Riley is objectively an excellent choice for the role of Daisy, given her music and acting pedigree.
She is the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and Danny Keough, making her the granddaughter of the king of rock’n’roll, Elvis Presley, and actress Priscilla Presley.
Riley will be joined by The Hunger Games and Me Before You star Sam Claflin, who will play The Six’s Billy Dunne, while Camila Morrone will portray Billy’s wife, also named Camila.
British actress and model Suki Waterhouse will play Karen Sirko, keyboardist for The Six, and Daisy’s best friend, disco legend Simone Jackson, will be played by Nabiyah Be.
When can we expect to see the show?
We know from Sam’s Instagram that filming was still taking place in February, so we’re hopeful that the series will be available by the end of 2022. If not, we have our sights set on early 2023.
