What is Love Me about?
Referred to as a ‘modern story of love, life, and loss’, Love Me follows three members of the Mathieson family as each encounter love at various points in their lives.
The three family members are Glen, played by Hugo Weaving, Clara, played by Bojana Novakovic, and Aaron, played by William Lodder.
The stories are interwoven and played out across a six-episode arc in the first season, and more episodes are expected soon.
Who is in Love Me?
While Hugo, Bojana, and William make up the central three, they are joined by a very talented cast.
Former Home and Away and Neighbours heartthrob Bob Morley stars in the show, as well as comedian and Rosehaven actress Celia Pacquola.
Acting veterans Heather Mitchell and Sarah Pierse are also on the show, as well as Shalom Brune-Franklin, who has also starred in The Tourist and Line of Duty.
Will there be a season two of Love Me?
Yes, Love Me has just been announced to have a second season coming.
“On the eve of the 2022 Logie Awards, where Love Me has been recognised with seven nominations, we are thrilled to confirm a second season is on its way,” said Alison Hurbert-Burns, Executive Director at BINGE.
“Love Me has had had an incredible response from Australian viewers who have resonated with this modern story of love, life and loss.”
