'When you plan a wedding and put in that much effort and time and heart and soul and it just gets cancelled for some crazy reason, how do you even plan for this?

The 28-year-old nanny then went on to rationalise that it was important to put the health of the community first, especially older and more vulnerable people.
'It's important to stay away from people now. My dad is old and my grandmother couldn't come because of it. We have friends and family overseas who can't come, our favourite people wouldn't be there anyway,' she said.
'I'm just trying to do the right thing by everyone and not take the selfish road. I think that's what everyone needs to be doing.'
'A wedding can wait and I'm sure it will be a perfect day, because everything happens for a reason.'
Tara announced her engagement last September after one year of dating her beau.
