Farmer Wants A Wife’s Miranda Chopping has officially moved on from Farmer Zac, hard-launching her new boyfriend, Josh Brown, on Instagram after her dramatic booting from the show.
Miranda quickly became one of the 2026 season’s most controversial contestants, with the 21-year-old real estate worker and Instagram creator earning a villain edit thanks to her unfiltered confidence on FWAW and constant clashes with Maya on Zac’s farm.
But while her reality TV romance didn’t work out, her real love life appears to be thriving. This week, Miranda shared loved-up snaps in an Instagram carousel with new boyfriend Josh Brown, a Gold Coast-based car content creator and YouTuber, who posts videos about buying, selling, building and drifting cars.
In an exclusive chat with WHO, Miranda opened up on how the two met. “It was actually quite a cute story,” Miranda said.
“He was coming to my hometown for a car event, and then my brother called me. He was a fan of Josh’s cars, and he called me and was really excited, and told me I had to message him because I didn’t think he wanted to message him himself.”
In a fateful turn of events, Miranda’s brother, Brock, being a huge fan of Josh’s cars became the start of their love story. “I did [message], and then we hung out, and then since that day we have not spent a night apart — we’ve literally been inseparable.”
Miranda shares how different her boyfriend is from Farmer Zac
Miranda told WHO that her YouTube-famous boyfriend, Josh, is nothing like 24-year-old apple orchardist, Farmer Zac, the man she briefly dated on Farmer Wants A Wife.
“He is quite the opposite of Zac, as I would say Zac’s quite immature. Josh is definitely the opposite. He’s been so supportive and encouraging of everything throughout Farmer Wants A Wife airing, and all the opportunities since then,” Miranda said.
If anything, Miranda said that meeting Zac taught her what she didn’t want in a partner. “I was quite surprised at how Zac handled everything. That’s definitely nothing I wanted to be involved in, and watching back now, I think I’m quite grateful that everything has obviously worked out in my favour, because I am very happy in my new relationship.”
Miranda went on to allude to more information coming to light about Zac and the other farmers. “I can’t reveal too much about the farmers, but I think things will come out eventually about them, their backgrounds and who they actually are, so it’ll be interesting to watch that unfold,” she said.
“I definitely have some things to say about Zac, which I will hold off on for now.”

Miranda and Josh have since moved in together, they’re living on the Gold Coast and she said “things are going very well” between them. When asked if she saw marriage and kids on the horizon with Josh, Miranda admitted this was ‘100 per cent’ in their future.
“I’ve always said I wanted to have kids and a family, but I will be getting married before I have kids,” Miranda said.
“It’s definitely on the cards. Josh and I have been inseparable since the day we met, and I think when you know, you know.”
