What began as a star-studded cast has now been whittled down to just three determined finalists, each vying for the coveted crown.

With emotions running high and public voting officially open, Australia is preparing to choose its 2026 King or Queen of the Jungle.

Here’s how the final chapter of this season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia is unfolding.

Who are the final three?

After surviving weeks in camp, Gary Sweet, Luke Bateman and Concetta Caristo have officially secured their places in Sunday night’s live Grand Finale.

The trio outlasted their fellow campmates through a tense series of eliminations and high-stakes challenges, earning their shot at jungle royalty. Now, it’s up to viewers to decide which of them will take home the title.

Just shy of the finale

The path to the final three was anything but smooth. Several strong contenders fell at the final hurdle, narrowly missing their place in the ultimate showdown.

In a dramatic elimination at the Elephant’s Graveyard, late arrival Cyrell Paule was sent home following an intense face-off. During her time in camp, she proudly supported anti-bullying charity Dolly’s Dream.

Stand-up comedian Nath Valvo also came heartbreakingly close to the finale. Competing on behalf of Lifeline, a crisis support and suicide prevention service, Nath bowed out during the final five stage.

Meanwhile, soap favourite Rebekah Elmaloglou was eliminated after the last challenge round. She had been championing Sane Australia, which supports Australians living with complex mental health conditions including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and PTSD.

Final challenges

The final five celebrities faced a trio of intense challenges, with only the winners earning guaranteed spots in the Grand Finale. The remaining contestants were left to battle it out for the last remaining position, leading to some of the season’s most nerve-wracking moments.

Accidental announcement

Fans of the show ran to social media ahead of last night’s episode to share the news that the final three had been “accidentally revealed” moments before airing.

One user wrote: “So the final 3 were announced during an ad on Ridiculousness before the ep started,” to which another user added: “This year has been a disaster! They need to go back to the old format!!”
