Charlotte Crosby has long been open about her penchant for plastic surgery. So it comes as no surprise the controversial TV star was happy to spill more information about her many procedures during last night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Speaking to her co-star Rhonda Burchmore, the Geordie Shore alum said she was “so happy” with the results, admitting the noticeable changes to her body completely transformed how she felt in her own skin.
“You shouldn’t get anything stupid done to yourself when you don’t need it, but if you have got something that makes you lack in confidence massively, go and bloody change it!” Charlotte told the 59-year-old entertainer. You have got one life, don’t live it in misery and unhappiness.”
Despite what you might think of Charlotte’s drastic plastic surgery makeover, the bubbly Brit says she had a very good reason to transform the size of her breasts.
“I was born with a condition called congenital symmastia,” Charlotte explained. “You know how you’ll have a cleavage and your breast bones in the middle? Well, my breast tissue runs across my breast bone, so I actually don’t have a cleavage.”
The former Ex on the Beach star went on to explain she’d booked a consultation for corrective surgery and was later convinced to consider an enlargement— something she said hadn’t crossed her mind until the doctor had mentioned it.
“I went to get a consultation from the surgeon (for correction) with no thought of getting implants, and then he suggested implants at the same time. When I was sat there I was kind of wrapped up in it and thought ‘oh, maybe that’ll look nice’ so I went ahead with it,” she said.
“How big were you,” Rhonda asked, referring to the size of her implants.
“I was 545 cc. I was huge.”
Less than a year after recovering from the surgery, Charlotte had her implants removed.
Later in the episode, the popular reality veteran— who also had her own spinoff series titled, The Charlotte Show— she dished on her nose job, revealing she didn’t like “the bump in my nose” however spent five years mulling the procedure over.
“After five years I thought, no, I got to go for it, and it was the best thing I did. So glad.”
On Tuesday night, Charlotte’s TV love interest, Ryan Gallagher, mocked her about the size of the lips when she claimed they’re “not that big”.
“Can you even feel those lips?” the former Married At First Sight contestant asked with a laugh before wiping away the dribble that had collected around the sides of her mouth!
After those around the pair agreed her lips look overly filled, Charlotte finally gave in, admitting they look like a baboon’s backside.
“An orangutan’s arse,” Ryan corrected!
