November 2017
The first season of Bachelor in Paradise is filmed with Keira and Jarrod making it all the way to the final Commitment Ceremony. Since the show was filmed in advance, the couple had to keep their relationship a secret.
May 2018
The finale airs and the couple fuel break up rumours when they pull out of all media interviews. However, they later confirm via an Instagram Live video that they have been together for six months.
June 2018
Keira and Jarrod enjoy a romantic holiday to Thailand together and fuel engagement rumours when Keira wears a swimsuit that says “Mrs Woodgate.”
August 2018
Keira releases a statement via Instagram confirming that she and Jarrod have broken up.
“It is with a very sad heart but I have to let you all know that Jarrod & I have split up … I’m sorry if anyone is disappointed or if I have let anyone down. Please respect our privacy as this is a very hard time for me,” she penned.
September 2018
Following the split, Keira tells Now To Love that Jarrod “wasn’t ready to be in a relationship” but confessed she’s “obviously still in love” with him.
The blonde bombshell then revealed on Instagram that she said things that were “hurtful” and “not true” about her split but wants “to wish him all the happiness in the future.”
October 2018
Rumours resurface that Keira and Jarrod are back on after Keira shares an Instagram video of herself drinking wine and tagging Jarrod’s vineyard Toms Cap.
December 2018
On New Year’s Eve, Keira shares a photo from her and Jarrod’s Thailand holiday of the pair kissing in front of a waterfall captioning it, “Since we are all sharing our favourite pics from the year… this is mine …”
January 2019
Back on! Keira confirms that she and Jarrod are coupled up again sharing two photos of the pair ringing in the new year together.
February 2019
Keira shares a gushing tribute to her boyfriend via Instagram adding that she loves him “so so so so so so so so so much.”
“You fill my heart with so much joy & you understand me like no one has ever before….I can’t wait to see where this crazy adventure of ours takes us……. No words can describe how much you truly mean to me…. So thank you for being you ….”
April 2019
In a chat with The Buzz podcast, Keira explained that Paradise contestants had to verbally ask for consent before engaging in any sexual activity on the show and that she and Jarrod refrained from doing the nasty.
“I can tell you right now that Jarrod and I did not have sex on that island. There was no way that was going to happen. And we were there for the whole two months, so if we can hold it together, so can they.”
August 2019
They’re off again. In an Instagram Q&A, Keira was asked if she’s “still with that guy from Bachelor in Paradise” to which she replied “No we are not”.
A source told Woman’s Day that Keira’s constant Instagramming was the reason for the split, but the influencer called the statement “false”.
December 2019
Jarrod rings in the new year with Bachelor stars Alisha Aitken-Radburn from season six, Renee Barrett, Julia Hyde, Tara Norman and Sam Royce from season seven calling them “Jarrod’s Angels.”
January 2020
Jarrod then goes on a Northern Territory holiday with the same group and later that month shares a Change The Date post on Australia Day that features Sam Royce prompting new relationship rumours.
February 2020
Jarrod and Sam make their relationship Instagram official. Sam shares a Valentine’s Day post of her and Jarrod kissing to make it perfectly clear.
July 2020
Keira is confirmed to be joining the cast of Bachelor in Paradise season three. However just days later, the Daily Mail releases photos of her kissing her new boyfriend Matthew Zukowski from season two of Love Island.
