The shimmering number was designed by Kuwaiti brand Labour Joisie. The deigner took to instagram to share asnap of Jenner and captioned the snap, “ Happy birthday 🤗

Funnily enough, Jenner herself captioned a picture of her outfit and eluded to the fact she was inspired by a dres Paris Hilton wore back in 2002.
