As Miley Cyrus continues to rub her relationship with Cody Simpson in Liam Hemsworth’s face, the Australian actor has risen above her glaringly obvious attempts to make him jealous, remaining cool, calm and composed throughout the whole ordeal.

And while he’s refrained from making snarky comments about Miley’s love life despite the fact she continues to shade him on social media, it turns out Liam is secretly furious with his ex-wife. In an unearthed status that was posted to his private Facebook account under the pseudonym Li Hemsworth, the Hunger Games star tore into Miley’s beau for trying to befriend him on social media, claiming “this sh*t is hilarious”, according to NW.
The rogue yet completely normal response comes after a source close to Liam claimed Miley hit rock bottom when she realised he’d unfollowed her on Instagram days after he filed for divorce.
According to the well-placed insider, the Black Mirror actress— who recently ended her fling with girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter— was “devastated” he’d totally removed her from his life, with the pal adding “after all that’s been happening with her, she had been distracting herself from it all but now she is really feeling it.”
“She thought somehow they would find their way back to each other and she was holding on to that, but then Liam unfollowed her and that was his way of saying it’s really done,” they dished to Radar Online.
“Yeah, Liam is not turning back. It’s quite sad.”
In light of this, it makes sense Miley saw red and “turned into a green-eyed monster” when her ex of nearly a decade stepped out with his new girlfriend, Maddison Brown.
“She’s having difficulty accepting that he’s happy with Maddison,” a friend of the Hunger Games actor shared. “Miley’s trying to act like she doesn’t care, but she’s secretly fuming.”
As rumours swirl their relationship is getting pretty serious— with word spreading the Dynasty star has already met his entire family—the “Wrecking Ball” singer has realised the grass isn’t greener on the other side!
The pop sensation has been trying to reach out to Liam and has even been drunk texting him!
“She was drunk dialling him for a while, so now she’s resorted to social media to get his attention,” a source told Radar Online.
“This romance with Cody, supposed hospital visit and constant ‘look at me’ behaviour is all designed to push Liam’s buttons — and to be fair it’s always worked in the past because he’s a good guy who ultimately loves her. But now he’s just rolling his eyes and washing his hands of her, even as a friend, which of course is driving Miley nuts.”
