Love Island Australia ia officially over for another year as season wrapped on December 15, and unfortunately for Ross and Sharn and Jotham and Jaide- Yana and Kye were announced as the winners.
In the final ceremony, hosted by Sophie Monk, as voted by the Australian audience, the two couples missed out on the generous prize money of $30,000.
Ross and Sharn were the strongest love story in the season whilst Jotham and Jaide had quite the turbulent relationship, similar to Kye and Yana.
But Love Island Australia is pre recorded and the finale was filmed months before it aired, are Ross and Sharn still together? Let’s take a look:
We are happy to confirm that Ross and Sharn are 100% still together! The loved-up pair have been constantly spotted out and about together since leaving the villa- they even attended the TikTok Awards together in November.
What did a viral TikToker say about the couple?
One TikToker who attended the awards, Olan Tekkers, spilled the tea on the couple’s night in his video, saying: “Ross and Sharn are definitely still together, very much publicly declaring their love for each other. So, I don’t know if they make it to the finals or not, but they’re still together.”
What flight was Ross spotted on?
A Jetstar cabin crew member also posted a photo with Ross on a flight to Adelaide, with many users commenting that he must be going there to visit Sharn.
One user joked: “Sharn is the only islander who lives in Adelaide. And let’s be honest, I’ve been to Adelaide, there is not much reason to go there unless you are visiting someone.”‘
Another not-so-subtle hint that the couple are together is the photo of Sharn and Ross kissing that made its way onto the internet just days before the finale.
The pic, which surfaced on Reddit, and shows the couple locking lips in a place that is certainly not the villa shows they were still together after leaving Spain.
