It’s only a few months since Miley Cyrus and her husband Liam Hemsworth announced their split in August, but the ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer has well and truly moved on with new man Cody Simpson.

Never ones to play by the rules, Miley and Cody are now taking their relationship to the next level in the most unusual way.
According to TMZ, the couple are starting a band, and Miley has filed legal documents for ownership of the name, Bandit and Bardot.
Adding fuel to the rumour fire, the pair have also claimed an Instagram handle of the same name, and the only accounts it is following are Miley and Cody’s.
It’s certainly a more inspired way of marking a relationship milestone than moving in together!
Since they began dating, the pair’s new relationship has played out on Instagram for the world to see, with intimate moments shared with their fans.
Earlier this month Miley and Cody joined a street band, and sang Christmas carols with the group – perhaps practicing for their own band?
Miley posted footage of them singing with her Happy Hippie Foundation, which focusses on homelessness and LGBTQ rights, and was founded by Miley 2014. Watch the cute video below.
