Former My Kitchen Rules contestant JP Huillet has taken to Instagram to show off his before and after gym photos.
“HOLIDAYS are over 🌴 DRINKING is done 🍹 no more bad (but so good!) FOOD 🍔 BUT I could not be more excited to be getting back in the gym and back to training,” he wrote.
The foodie revealed that his gym workout and changes to his nutrition have abled him to achieve “so much”.
Huillet competed on MKR with his now ex-girlfriend Nelly Riggio, who is now dating “Dessert King” Adriano Zumbo.
