Following their departure from Farmer Wants a Wife in 2023, Claire Saunders’ romance with farmer Andrew Coleman has continued to make headlines following the announcement of their split in early 2024.
While fans may still be closely invested in the pair’s relationship, Claire has shared that she is hoping to connect with her audience outside the context of the farm, with the 38-year-old launching her new podcast Lemonade.
“I’ve had a few people pm me asking about FWAW and if we will be discussing Andrew on the pod. The answer is NO!!!” she wrote to Instagram.
Speaking further on her decision to not elaborate on the breakup of her relationship with Andrew, Claire continued, “He is not a part of my life anymore and never will be again. That whole thing was a chapter in my book of life, and the only thing I am grateful for is the beautiful friendships I made along the way and where it has led me today.”
While she may not be sharing any further reflections on her previous love life, the Tasmanian mine truck driver did tease that a new romance may be on the horizon.
“I have recently re-connected with someone that has been important to me for many years, and I’m excited to see where that goes,” she wrote.
In addition to launching her podcast series, Claire has also made the move from Tasmania to the Northern Territory – sharing further details shortly after announcing that she and Andrew had called off their wedding.
“You can’t make someone marry you. He wanted some space so I went to Darwin for the dry season, and the wheels really fell off after that,” she told WHO at the time.
