Sally Obermeder caught up with WHO Magazine while she attending the Prix de Marie Claire fashion event in Sydney on August 15.
The 42-year-old star gave fans some insight into what to expect in her new cook book. “It’s all about fast, simple, and lean recipes. Everyone will love it. It’s simple and lean – like it doesn’t get any quicker than that.”
She assures her health-conscious readers that “It’s still keeping with our super green philosophies.
“So heaps of really yummy monster salads, smoothie bowls, and snacks!”
But that wasn’t the only news she exclusively shared with WHO.
“I’m back on The Daily Edition in a couple of week’s time so I’m really excited about that!” she said.
“My maternity leave is up and so I’m back at TDE September 4.”
Asked if she would be having some separation anxiety she said “ I’m really excited, it’s funny I’ve been in a few times to take the girls in to see the team and every time I sit at the desk I’m like Tom it’s so good to be back! It’s going to be nice and I’ve missed it, I’ve missed the team, I’m really looking forward to it it’s time to go back! Alyssa is 8-months old
When Obermeder who shares two daughters with husband Marcus was asked if she would be having some separation anxiety from her children, she said she’ll miss them but it’s time to head back to work.
“I’m really excited – it’s funny I’ve been in [the studio] a few times to take the girls in to see the team and every time I sit at the desk I’m like Tom [Williams] it’s so good to be back!”
“It’s going to be nice and I’ve missed it, I’ve missed the team, I’m really looking forward to it it’s time to go back! Alyssa is 8-months old and it’s going to be hard to leave the girls of course (well Annabelle won’t really feel it as she’ll be at school), but you know I’m really lucky I’ll be with her in the morning so we’ll have the mornings together.”
