Single mother Snezana Markoski won over Australia with her warmth and charisma on The Bachelor, and now she is leading her profile to an humanitarian cause close to her heart.
The molecular genetics graduate who won Sam Wood’s heart (and engagement ring) in last year’s season three of The Bachelor has teamed up with Eleven Australia and international charity Hagar as an ambassador for their charity initiative, ‘Style For Life’.
Snezana, 35, is joining actress Rachel Griffiths, model Elyse Knowles and celebrity hairdresser Joey Scandizzo to raise funds for the philanthropic organisation that provides “specialist trauma counselling, intensive education programs and career training opportunities” for people in Cambodia, Vietnam and Afghanistan.
Announcing the news, the mother-of-one, wearing a custom t-shirt designed for the occasion, said she was “so proud to be an ambassador” for the charity day, “where every dollar raised will go to supporting survivors of slavery in Cambodia and Vietnam.”
The celebrity ambassadors are calling on their fans to book into associated hair salons for a treatment on July 31, with all proceeds to be donated to the charity.
