What is The Acolyte about?

Although the plot details of The Acolyte have remained a closely guarded secret, Lucasfilm revealed that the series will be set during the end phases of the ‘High Republic’ era, with the storyline taking place roughly 100 years before the events of the first Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.

Created by Leslye Headland, the series has been described by Lucasfilm as a “mystery-thriller that will take the audience into a galaxy of shadowy secrets and emerging dark side powers in the final days of the High Republic.”

While the first trailer for the series did not reveal too much detail, fans can expect another epic tale of camaraderie and adventure as the Jedi seek to restore balance to the galaxy.
