The Pretty Little Liars star, who suffered two consecutive miscarriages before the birth of her second daughter Lennon, opened up in an interview with Stellar magazine and confessed that learning about Turia’s journey made her want to be more resilient.

The 36-year-old recalled watching the athlete’s interview with A Current Affair at her Los Angeles home, and said to her partner, “Why don’t we make her into a movie?”

“I had a very tough time with my miscarriages and I remember feeling so inspired by Turia and what she experienced. To be able to transcend that with grace and fortitude… and she has so much gratitude. I thought, ‘I need to be more like her’,” Tammin told the publication.

She continued: “Then I turned to Sean and said, ‘Why don’t we make her into a movie?'”

Production on the film will commence in Sydney next year.

Turia, who in 2011 was battling to stay alive after suffering burns to 65 per cent of her body from being trapped in a grass fire during an ultramarathon, opened up to New Idea in October about motherhood

The 32-year-old has one child with her fiance Michael, and the couple are expecting another child next year.

“Motherhood has completely and irrevocably changed my life,” Turia confessed.

“And that’s OK. I always thought that after Hakavai I’d go and do something crazy like Ultraman (three ironman races back-to-back), but now I’ve had him, my priorities have shifted.”
