After months of drama-filled renovations, The Block auctions have finally revealed this season’s winners. While all houses sold, unlike last year, Courtney and Sev came out victorious, with their house selling for a whopping $4.720 million.
They now walk away with a record-breaking $1.87 million profit, the highest in the show’s history.
The commercial site manager and interior designer were in tears as their real estate agents Stavros and Kayn continued to push the price up as bidders fought to secure House 4 as their own during the auction.
After the moment, Courtney and Sev told WHO how they were feeling, and why Scott Cam might be filing a complaint about them.
What were the results from The Block auctions?
Quick rundown of the results.
Rick and Tayla nabbed second place after their house sold for $4.355 million with the father-daughter duo making a profile of $905,000.
Lisa and Rosco’s home sold for $4 million, with a lovely profile of $550,000 for the young family.
Adam and Jolene’s house sold for $3.905 million ($455,000 profit) and Chantel and Wyatt’s house sold for $3.817 million ($367,000 profit).

Courtney and Sev in tears after record-breaking win
Unsurprisingly, Courtney and Sev were elated after the win and in disbelief.
“We couldn’t be happier. We really couldn’t be happier. We’re so proud of the money we made, we’re so grateful,” Courtney and Sev told WHO.

They joked they were so rowdy during their auction that Scott probably needs to visit the doctor.
“We were woo-girling into Scotty’s ear,” Courtney said. “He’s probably got an eardrum issue now.
“It was so confusing what was happening because we were numb and he [the auctioneer] kept on saying numbers and we were screaming each time he said a number.
“It was just amazing.”
Congratulations girls!
