Just a few days prior, Isla shared another "who wore it better snap" - comparing a photo of herself and a horse with its teeth on show.
Her celebrity pals certainly had a laugh.
Whilst actresses and fellow Aussies Naomi Watts and Teresa Palmer commented with laughing emojis, it was Courteney Cox who had the best response.
"It’s close… but you need to work on your mane," the Friends star joked.
At the end of last year, Isla along with husband Sacha Baron Cohen and their three children relocated from LA to Sydney.
The decision came after Emerald City reported that the couple didn't want their children growing up in Trump's America.
"They are surprised by the public interest in their move to Sydney, they thought they left the headlines and paparazzi behind in Los Angeles," the source explained at the time.

Isla is currently filming the new Stan series Wolf Like Me but since the series is being filmed in Ashfield, a COVID hotspot that's also 530m from the severely-affected Canterbury Bankstown local government area, locals are not impressed by the decision.
Canterbury Bankstown Mayor Khal Asfour told the Daily Telegraph: “While Canterbury Bankstown residents are subject to a curfew and under the harshest restrictions imaginable, only a few hundred metres away you’ve got a film crew doing something which is non-essential”.
Inner West Mayor Darcy Byrne also told the publication: “The army is deployed on the streets and just down the road a miniseries can shoot scenes freely in public. It’s a tale of two cities at the moment.”
