Saving the best for last, the 2019 Oscars red carpet was the final awards season event and stars stepped out in over-flowing tulles, bright-hued gowns, shining metallics but two big trends swept the carpet – pinks and pastels.
From Charlize Theron’s pastel blue cut-out Dior Gown and Kacey Musgraves in a soft pink Giambattista Valli design to Gemma Chan and Sarah Paulson in fuchsia, it was a sea of pastel and pink hues at the 91st Academy Awards.
