Wilkinson has recently a huge shift in her lifestyle and is urging fans to do the same.
“I’m becoming more and more grateful for my good health and the older I get the more I am realising that good health is the key to having a great life,” Wilkinson told The Daily Telegraph,
“We can’t always control our health but anything you can do to make your health better means you get to live a better looking day each day,” she revealed.
