Cartier: The Exhibition is currently showing at the National Gallery of Australia. Featuring over 300 pieces, the collection took three years to curate and features iconic pieces such as the Queen’s Halo tiara, worn by the Duchess of Cambridge on her wedding day, as well as Elizabeth Taylor’s famous ruby and diamond necklace. Actress Naomi Watts was on hand to celebrate the launch of the exhibition in March saying, “It’s a beautiful show full of history and style.” The dazzling exhibition runs until July 22, 2018.

If you’re visiting on a Saturday, head to the Capital Region Farmers Market for coffee and a sweet treat. For an eclectic shopping experience try Lonsdale Street in Braddon. You’ll find a mix of cafes, art and homewares stores, as well as fashionable boutiques. For beauty addicts, take a trip to the beauty precinct at the Canberra Centre and stop in at Seoul Flower where you’ll find a range of premium Korean skincare and make-up.
