Not even Bradley Cooper could afford to live on this ocean liner

The Utopia is a luxury ship with a price tag that's out of this world

OK, so Bradley Cooper could afford it – he’s said to be worth over $100million – but would he be willing to give up a quarter of that for a cabin on the Utopia? I mean it wouldn’t leave much for souvenirs and postcards …

Let’s talk about the Utopia for a minute. This 190-cabin 15-deck oceanliner is currently being built in South Korea and the price tag is out to sea.

Described as “opulent” and “carefully designed to offer maximum comfort” this brand new liner is set to sail with exclusive chefs, a day spa, full service salon, private elevators and a guest list that would make your hair curl.

But you’ll have to be an uber-millionaire to be one of them. The price tag for a residential cabin on this fair lady starts at $1.1million and stretches up to $26.5million for the most upscale quarters on the deck.

The Utopia is destined to visit some of the most far flung harbours, and there’s an on-board gallery, casino and nightclub if you lose interest in the view.

During the day you can lounge around one of the three pools – one that will be heated throughout the year – handy for Alaskan winter cruising, and there’s always your own private deck for watching the waves and the ocean wildlife.

You certainly won’t get bored on board – there’s a walking track, putting green, paddle tennis, multi-deck waterslide, complete gym, aerobic classes and fitness instruction and a Youth Centre for kids on Level 5 with crafts, matinees and kids-only picnic time.

An army of private chefs will ensure that all your meals are tailored to your exact taste. You like your broccoli al dente and your steak medium-rare? The staff will note down all your food nuances and make sure you get precisely what you want and nothing less.

Let’s face it, at that price tag, you’d expect them to know when you’re hungry before you do.

There’s nothing to make you believe you’re in anything other than a real life utopia, I mean, even the towels come with a signature U incase you’re having a mediocre day (which is unlikely).

It seems the only thing that could possibly make this ship even better, is if Bradley Cooper really was on board.
