On Monday, she posted a statement.
"I have felt such an overwhelming need to apologise about the video that aired on Channel 9 last night that has been taken out of context."
"I was not intoxicated in the video, yes I had two glasses of wine at dinner (hours before getting in a car)."
Jess goes on to deny the allegations in a slightly bizarre story, that she and her auntie were just joking about drinking and driving: "My auntie and I often play around in videos and it was a fun side of me that I wanted to share."
Jess continued her apology: "I can see the carelessness of the video and how insensitive I came across to any family members or victims of drink driving."
Jessika claims the video is ‘a joke’ and was just done for a laugh and some media attention, the disturbing footage had fans in an uproar.
Originally posted on Snapchat, before being deleted, and then spread widely in MAFS Facebook groups, the footage depicts her behind the wheel, slurring and appearing distracted, on an apparent run to her local BWS.
It is unknown when the video was filmed.
"Uncle Riley is right next door to us... and if he knew that we were going to drink and drive and get cigarettes - we'd be in that much trouble," Jessika slurs.
"Ah s--t! I'm the middle of the road."
Police have yet to comment on the disturbing footage.
