The elimination challenge was set by Ashley Palmer-Watts from The Fat Duck and Dinner By Heston in London and Melbourne, with the contestants having four hours and forty-five minutes to recreate his sherried marron.
Despite Gary saying that all three had done "surprisingly well", unfortunately for Chloe the judges rated her dish as the least impressive.
"You've grown so much throughout this incredible competition," George remarked.
Jess and Sashi now join Khahn and Ben in Tuesday night's advantage challenge.
