Gogglebox star Adam Densten has welcomed his first baby with his wife, Rachel.

Speaking to Woman’s Day, the podcast host and TV star revealed their baby – a little girl they named Celia Kate – had arrived safely four weeks early, on May 2nd.
“Denstens are known for being a punctual bunch, so she’s clearly taking after me in that sense,” he joked.
Rachel confirmed that existing in the newborn bubble has been “really nice”, with Adam adding that the newness of parenthood has been “very stressful, too.”
The happy couple, who tied the knot just over a year ago in April 2021, announced their pregnancy at the very end of last year by sharing a number of pictures to Instagram, including a sonogram image.
“We are either ambassadors for a super fund or we’re announcing that we’re pregnant,” Adam wrote.
“The second photo might be a giveaway though … Densten Jr. arriving in 2022!”
The pair also squeezed in a house purchase too, making it a massive year for the Denstens.
Adam celebrated the pregnancy and all its milestones quite frequently on his Instagram.
“It’s official ….we’ve hit the ‘can you please tie my laces for me cause I can’t reach’ phase of pregnancy,” he wrote in April beside a photo of himself tying Rachel’s shoelaces.
This is the first baby for Adam and Rachel, who have been together since 2016.
“I was lost and single until I found Rachel, I’m such a hopeless romantic at heart,” Adam revealed to WHO in 2018.
Adam popped the question in 2019, revealing his engagement with a light-hearted Instagram post with pictures of Rachel wearing a Cheezel chip, and then a small doughnut on her finger.
“Borrowing a few lines from the tale of Goldilocks,” he wrote.
“1. This one was too big. 2. This one was too small. 3.This one was juuuust right.”
Their wedding took place at the Portsea Hotel in Victoria in what looked to be a fun-filled day.
Unfortunately, Adam had a few coldsores on the day, meaning their first kiss as husband and wife got delayed.
“She’s perfect … and much more intelligent, beautiful and kind than I am so it’s nice to bring the average up between us,” Adam told New Idea of his bride.
“Somehow I found someone who would put up with me spending so much time with Symon.”
Adam is best known for his friendship with Symon Lovett, which saw them hanging out on the Gogglebox couch, launching The Adam and Symon Show podcast, and heading into the I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! jungle.
After a few years off, the pair returned to Gogglebox in 2021, assuming their rightful place on the couch as originals.
