We know Eric Bana has Hulk-like tendencies… But boy, he will send chills down your spin as Dirty John.
The TV show picked up by Bravo is based on the true-crime saga based on Christopher Goffard’s Los Angeles Times articles and breakout podcast series. And it is living up to its predecessor.
The trailer and release date has just dropped, and it is spine-chilling.
Eric Bana plays the titular character, while the woman he woos, Debra Newell, is played by Connie Britton.
The limited series tells the cautionary tale of Debra and con-man John’s doomed whirlwind romance after meeting online that nearly ripped a family apart.

In the trailer, we meet Debra’s daughters, Terra (Julia Garner) and Veronica (Juno Temple), who become rather quickly skeptical of John.
“If he’s really a bad guy, and not just a jerk, mum will see it,” says Terra. “But what if she doesn’t see it?”
“You’re going to find out what I am,” John threatens.
We can’t wait!
