Jack Vidgen will soon return to our screens on The Voice Australia.
Watch the coaches go nuts over his voice in the video below.
And the beyond-talented blonde – who won Australia’s Got Talent 8 years ago – has confessed he wants to do more than just turn chairs.
In an interview with New Idea, Jack spoke about his romantic hopes.
“Hopefully I’ll find a husband,” he laughed.
“No, I’m happy and single. I’m just so grateful for this opportunity and to be let back into people’s lounge rooms and share my story.”
Jack, now 22, also spoke about his humble everyday life working in an aged-care home.
“I don’t think people realise how much it costs to upkeep pursuing a music career, especially with the level I got to,” he confessed when asked about his AGT prize money.
When it was announced Jack was auditioning for the eighth season of The Voice, the young singer raised eyebrows with his dramatically different look.
But Jack says he’s not fazed by the comments about his appearance and plastic surgery rumours.
“My face has changed,” he remarked.
“It’s The Voice, not the face! It’s so funny. I only pay attention to the people that know me and know my character.”
