Jake Wall took to Instagram to share a gorgeous photo from a vacation spot to celebrate the fifth anniversary since he tied the knot with model wife, Jennifer Hawkins.
In the snap, the former Miss Australia appears to be as smitten as ever. And she also managed to share a photograph from their quiet weekend away.
“Country living! I’m into it… ☺️Weekend with my ❤️,” she wrote.
This picture comes a few weeks after Wall, 35, shared a throwback photo of the happy couple on their honeymoon back in 2013.
“Love doing life with you @jenhawkins #happyanniversary #tbhoneymoon, he shared in the celebratory post.
Hawkins, 34, and Wall, have in the past spoken about how their relationship has strengthened over the years.
“That’s what happens when you are young and you break up a million times and then you come back together,” she told Stellar.
“We’ve had a lot of downs, I guess, with Jake’s mum passing away and a few things happening in my family, so it hasn’t been perfect.”

In between modelling jobs, the couple shares a project together as they launched an alcoholic beverage called Sesión Premium Tequila.
