Meghan Markle has shown off her foodie skills and kindness by taking along home-made banana bread to the home of the Woodley Family from Dubbo.

The Duchess of Sussex baked the treat (filled with chocolate chips and ginger) on Tuesday night in Admiralty House, Sydney, UK royal correspondent Rebecca English reported. The mum-to-be also brought along ‘Royal Blend’ Fortnum and Mason tea.

Prince Harry and Meghan are visiting the Woodley family, who have run a sheep, cattle and crop farm for five generations.

The royal couple will see first-hand the problems caused by drought in the New South Wales area and are due to be given a tour of the paddock and help feed cattle.
