Steve Powell, 50, and Rebecca Zukowski, 51, appear to be one of the stronger MAFS couples this year, but do they go the distance outside of the experiment?
The pair’s wedding was one of the better ones we’ve seen this year.
“I couldn’t be happier,” Rebecca told the guests at the wedding after the pair shared their vows (which were adorably very similar) and Steve agreed.
Rebecca’s mum says she thought the experts had done a “brilliant job”.
“I think we’re onto something good,” Steve told the cameras. “All the traits you look for in someone, I feel like Rebecca has. It’s beautiful!”
At the reception, Steve also said he believes Rebecca has a beautiful heart and soul, and a sense of humour similar to his, which he describes as “perfect”.
Speaking to Rebecca at the reception, he said, “I couldn’t be more impressed.”
“I can’t believe how happy I am right now,” Rebecca tells the cameras.
Rebecca’s son, Austin, who was in attendance and walked his mother down the aisle, also gave his tick of approval for Steve.
So far, so good!
Do Steve and Rebecca make it outside of the MAFS experiment?
While things appear to be looking good so far, and both Steve and Rebecca follow each other on Instagram, it’s hard to know for sure if this means things are still going well for them.
But there are potentially a few signs that lead to things going well, and one that leans the other way…
One clue that might suggest that Rebecca and Steve don’t go the distance is the fact that Austin doesn’t follow Steve on Instagram – of course, this may be his way of not spoiling the show, but it does seem a little strange given how well things seemed to go at the wedding, right?

Clues that might suggest MAFS’ Steve and Rebecca stay together
However, there are some signs on Rebecca’s Instagram that may suggest things have moved in a positive direction for the couple.
In a post shared on November 22 last year, Rebecca shared photos captioned, “Life lately,” one showing a man serving dinner with his face hidden from view…
In another post shared on November 29, Rebecca posted a photo of a plate of food with the caption, “Can cook.”
Gia Fleur, who also appears on this season of MAFS, commented, “She’s a wife.”

On December 16, Rebecca shared another series of images, captioned, “My WORLD,” with a red love heart emoji.
In one of the photos, a man’s hand is seen grabbing a piece of food off a plate.
Rebecca captioned it, “His hand,” with a laughing emoji, which seems like an odd photo to share if it wasn’t meant to keep someone’s identity a secret, right?
So, while we don’t have concrete proof, we are hopeful for Steve and Rebecca, given these clues, but the only way to be certain is to stay tuned…
