Argento went to drastic measures to show her former friend McGowan that their relationship is over.

The Italian-born actress, 43, got a tattoo to mark her anger towards the former Charmed star.

On Saturday, September 29, Argento posted a series of snaps on Instagram Stories.

“Bye bye @rosemcgowan,” she penned onto the image of her foot being inked with a dagger by tattoo artist Marco Manzo.

The actress titled her post with the Italian phrase, “Significato: vendetta consumata,” which translates to “consumed revenge.”

Argento continued to stress her desire for “vengance” sharing a Bible passage from Romans 12:19: “Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written. Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.”

The pals feud comes after McGowan addressed sexual assault allegations made against Argento by former child actor Jimmy Bennett.

Bennett claimed to The New York Times in August that Argento, who played his mum in the 2004 film The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things, assaulted him in a hotel room in Marina del Rey, California, in 2013, by kissing him and performing oral sex

The publication also allege that Argento arranged to pay him $380,000 in exchange for his silence.

Argento emphatically denied the allegations, saying, “I am deeply shocked and hurt having read the news that is absolutely false,” she said at the time. “I have never had any sexual relationship with Bennett.”
