Jennifer Hawkins: ‘My Top Wellness Tips’

The model reveals how she keeps healthy.

Jennifer Hawkins is known for her glowing skin and killer smile and has let us in to her wellness secrets.

Speaking to WHO at the launch of Mount Franklin’s new still water with a hint of natural flavour, the 34-year-old revealed the three wellness tips she swears by.

“Hydration is everything, especially coming into the warmer months,” she said.

“Staying hydrated can help you when that 3pm slump hits.”

Hawkins went on to explain that for her, meditation is everything and “taking a couple of deep breaths to clear [her] mind” is what has allowed her to find a good life balance.

She also admits to being addicted to Pilates, going at least three times a week.

“A short walk outdoors can [also] re-energise you for the afternoon.”
