Following her post, the actress received an outpouring of love from fans and her fellow Bridgerton co-stars.
“Go baby girl! Love you ❤️❤️❤️,” commented her on-screen mother Joanna Bobin.
“Love youuuuuu 💛,” wrote Hannah Dodd, with co-stars Jonathan Bailey and Nicola Coughlan sharing a series of heart emojis to express their support.
“WOW thank you all for your beautiful messages ❤️🌈❤️,” Jessica wrote the day following her post – receiving further messages of love and appreciation from fans.

Jessica’s confirmation of her off-screen romance comes one year after the Bridgerton star first commented publicly on her sexuality, sharing to social media, “Bi the way… Happy Pride Month.”
While Jessica has kept any details of her relationship out of the public eye, the actress recently discussed her character’s “queer-coded” friendship with Eloise Bridgerton in the franchise’s third season.
“Eloise completely opens [Cressida] up and I love what they create, which is a really safe space for each other… and queer-coded? I absolutely love that. That would be the best!” Jessica told Decider.
“I like to think it would make sense, like, she hasn’t bagged a guy, so why not a gal?”
