Daily Mail Australia has pictured Kate coming and going from the Clovelly home, which has a granny flat, following the breakdown of her nine-year marriage.

The order states: “The defendant must not do any of the following to Katherine Leigh RITCHIE, or anyone else she has a domestic relationship with: A. assault or threaten her, B. stalk, harass or intimidate her, and C. intentionally or recklessly destroy or damage any property that belongs to or is in the possession of Katherine Leigh RITCHIE.”

The NSW courts said the case will resume on November 7.

It came after an incident at the couple’s Randwick home.

An AVO order is typically made by a court is when a person fears for their safety, to protect them from further violence, intimidation or harassment.

Stuart, a former professional NRL player, was arrested earlier in the year for driving under the influence, and faced court in April.

This was his second drink-driving offence, following an offence seven years earlier.
