Sonia Kruger went make-up free as she revealed how she gives her skin a flawless look – and it’s all down to her 10-minute Thursday ritual.
The TV star shared that coming into summer “tanning Thursdays are back” and she credits Tasmanian start-up, Three Warriors, for giving her the perfect product for the job.
“Their self-tan is my little self-care ritual that always gives me an instant confidence boost and helps even out my skin tone,” Krugar told her Instagram followers with a video lifting the lid on her weekly ritual.

“Let’s face it, tanning at home used to be a little bit of a disaster,” she said.
But, having discovered Three Warriors, Kruger confessed self tan Thursdays are a more successful affair.
“I’m not going to the beach unless I have a bit of tan on, as swimsuits are getting smaller, I’m getting bigger, so I need some coverage,” she explained. “Makes me feel like I look kind of healthy.”
Applying the Three Warriors self tan Krugar also shares her ultimate hack: using the buffing tool to create a contoured look on her face.
And the best bit; it only takes ten minutes.

“After years in the entertainment industry, I’ve learned the hard way that not all tans are created equal,” she said. “Three Warriors is the only brand I trust for a natural, flawless finish that lasts.”
Kruger has been an ambassador for Three Warriors after being introduced to the brand in 2017 by a make-up artist.
The creator of Three Warriors, Corbin Halliday, developed her toxin and cruelty-free’ tanner, after being diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS).
“It was caused by overexposure to environmental toxins while working as a hairdresser for the best part of a decade,” she told news.com.au.
Kruger supported the small brand and has even created its Radiant Complexion Serum product alongside them when she realised there was a gap in the market for a face tanner that doubled as a hydrating and nourishing cream.
But Kruger is by no means the only celebrity to endorse Three Warriors self tan with reality TV stars Holly Kingston and Juls Robinson also vocal about its benefits.
“I’m very picky with my fake tan, so this one ticks all the boxes. Easy to apply, fast drying, no fake tan smell, streak free and no bad ingredients!” said The Bachelor’s Kingston.

Thousands of five-star reviews also attest to the brands success.
“Three Warrriors is the only brand of tanner I’ve used for years now. The result is so consistent. It lasts flawlessly for a week with colour still there for two. And I love that it’s a safer ingredient list,” said one review.
“Amazing,” said another. “This always looks so natural, best tanning mousse ever.”
