Jennifer Aniston has officially hard launched her latest boyfriend, Jim Curtis.
Ever since we fell in love with Jen as Rachel on Friends, we’ve followed her love life on and off screen with dedicated interest.
From her marriages to Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux, to that time she dated John Mayer, Jen’s romantic history is a who’s who of A-listers. Perhaps this is why the emergence of a new mystery man has piqued our interest.

Jen, 56, is currently dating life coach and hypnotist, Jim Curtis.
The two were first photographed on a luxury yacht in Mallorca, joining celebrity friends Courteney Cox and Jason Bateman on holiday.
Then this week, she shared a sweet photo on Instagram to celebrate his birthday.
“Happy birthday my love,” she captioned the post. “Cherished.”
Curious? Here’s what we know about the celebrity life coach.
Who is Jim Curtis?

Jim Curtis is a life coach, known to his half a million Instagram followers as ‘Hypnotist Jim’. He blends spiritual and subconscious-delving methods, like hypnotism and manifesting, to guide his clients to the life they want. “My mission is to help you heal and thrive by upgrading your I AM,” reads his Instagram bio.
In 2018, he penned the self-help book, The Stimulati Experience: 9 Skills for Getting Past Pain, Setbacks, and Trauma to Ignite Health and Happiness.
Who has Jennifer Aniston dated?

Jim Curtis (2025-present)
Rumours Jennifer Aniston was dating a ‘normie’ started towards the end of 2024. However, the identity of Jen’s rumoured partner remained a mystery. Flash forward to July 2025, and Jen was pictured alongside life coach Jim Curtis on holiday in Mallorca, with multiple sources confirming a romance.
While one source told PEOPLE the two were only “casually dating”, another confirmed they’d been “seeing each other for a few months now”.
“They were introduced by a friend and started out as friends. Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work. She’s really into self-help and wellness. They are dating, but it’s still casual,” the latter source continued.
It appears Jim has already gained the tick of approval from Jen’s Friends co-stars, with Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow both following him on Instagram.

Justin Theroux (2010-2018)
Prior to her recent romance rumours, Aniston was previously married to actor Justin Theroux.
The couple reportedly first crossed paths in 2007 and after running into one another again on the set of Wanderlust, Aniston and Theroux’s romance began to blossom.
After four years of dating, Aniston and Theroux tied the knot at home in Bel Air, California on August 5, 2015, with late-night host Jimmy Kimmel officiating their nuptials and Aniston’s Friends co-star Courteney Cox joining her bridal party as maid of honour.
In the latter years of their marriage, the couple faced rising media speculation surrounding their relationship and in 2018, Aniston and Theroux confirmed that they had parted ways.
“This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year. We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship,” read the couple’s statement.

John Mayer (2008-2009)
In 2008, Aniston was linked to musician John Mayer, with the couple reportedly dating on and off until 2009.
Despite keeping their romance largely out of the public eye, Aniston did share a brief insight into their split, telling Vogue, “It’s funny when you hit a place in a relationship and you still really, really love each other… It’s painful. I deeply care about him.”

Vince Vaughn (2005-2006)
During the filming of their romantic comedy film The Break-Up, Aniston was linked to her co-star Vince Vaughn.
While he didn’t address their relationship at the time, Vaughn gushed to People, “She’s awesome. She has just a wonderful warmth and likability about her.”
Despite reportedly splitting in 2006, Aniston credited Vaughn for being her “defibrillator” following her split from Brad Pitt, telling Vogue, “He literally brought me back to life. My first gasp of air was a big laugh. It was great. I love him… He was lovely and fun and perfect for the time we had together.”

Brad Pitt (1998-2005)
Arguably her most well-known romance, Aniston was previously married to fellow A-lister Brad Pitt.
After reportedly being introduced by their managers in 1994, the young Hollywood stars kept their romance under wraps until 1999 – making their red carpet debut at the 1999 Emmy Awards.
Less than one year after announcing their engagement, Aniston and Pitt tied the knot in July 2000 in a beachside ceremony in Malibu, California.
Four years later, Aniston opened up on her desire to start a family with the Mr. & Mrs. Smith star, telling The Guardian, “It’s time. You know, I think you can work with a baby, I think you can work pregnant, I think you can do all of it, so I’m just truly looking forward to slowing down.”
Sadly for fans of the couple, Aniston and Pitt announced their separation in January 2005 in a joint statement, writing, “For those who follow these sorts of things, we would like to explain that our separation is not the result of any of the speculation reported by the tabloid media.”
“We happily remain committed and caring friends with great love and admiration for one another.”
