Comedian Pete Davidson is starting a family, with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt announcing the two are expecting their first baby.
Elsie, a model, made the humorous announcement via Instagram. “Welp now everyone knows we had sex,” she captioned a carousel of images of her and Pete, including a sonogram of their expected child.
Celebrities like Rita Ora commented on the announcement, which also included photoshoot-style pics of the couple outdoors.
Beyond the announcement, the two haven’t commented further on becoming parents.
Pete, 31, and Elsie, 29, are a relatively new couple, making their public debut on Instagram in March 2025. The “soft launch” happened when Elsie shared an Instagram story of herself watching Rugrats, with Pete popping up at the end of the video, wearing a bathrobe. In May, People reported the two were living together, sharing a brownstone in Brooklyn. “They’re so happy together and doing great,” an insider said at the time.

Elsie Hewitt is an actress and model, born in London. Throughout her acting career, Elsie has starred in an indie film Teenage Badass in 2020, and had a guest spot on the show Industry in 2024.
The 29-year-old is no stranger to high profile relationships, having also dated comedian and SNL alum Jason Sudeikis and Selena Gomez’s fiance Benny Blanco. She in Blanco met while both starring in a music video for ‘Graduation’ by Juice WRLD.
Elsie has previously spoken about her reproductive health on Instagram after her endometriosis diagnosis in December 2024. “It’s so not fun, and it’s so important to have a good support system around you,” she told her followers.
When is Pete Davidson’s baby due?
Pete and Elsie Hewitt have not confirmed exactly when the baby is due. However, estimating on the timing of the announcement—which traditionally happens around the 12-week mark—their first child could arrive six months from now, around January 2026.
