Although she kept her nose out of all the drama that went down on this season of The Bachelor, it turns out Emma Roche has a bone to pick with current frontrunner Helena Sauzier.
After being booted from the Bachie mansion, it seems as though the brand manager is still bitter Matt Agnew chose to keep Helena in the competition, despite the fact she dumped him twice during last week’s dramatic episode.
Speaking to Popsugar on Friday, the reality star took a thinly veiled swipe at Helena, admitting: “I’d rather be known as the clinger than a b***h.”
Emma—who told Matt she was falling in love with him on Thursday night—went on to admit that Helena’s shock/unfair entrance at the rose ceremony definitely played a role in her elimination.
“She pulled him out because of how her hometown went down, and I didn’t know that at the time, which is why I was so shocked and not impressed,” she began. “Having watched the episode, I can see why she wanted to clear the air, and maybe that Matt just wanted to explore where her head was at.”

Following her elimination, Emma was reportedly so peeved that Bachelor producers made her look like last year’s stage five clinger, Cass Wood, that she demanded all of her scenes be completely re-edited!
“She felt completely cheated and stitched up with how she’s been made to look in the edit and pleaded with them to change future episodes,” an on-set insider told New Idea.
As expected, that was not going to fly with the network so instead, they tried to ship her off to Ireland— a country she called home eight years ago.
“It was suggested she could return to Ireland for a while until everything blew over, and bosses were happy to pay for her flights,” the insider alleged.
Is it just me or does this feel like an episode of Unreal?
It’s no secret the brand manager has long been disappointed with how she was portrayed on this season of the popular dating show. After the second episode aired and fans had already made up their mind about her, Emma took to Instagram to slam the network, claiming they made her look far needier than she actually was!
“Terrible editing! Love, Love, love” she wrote. “DO NOT believe everything you see ‘reality’.”
Although her former co-star Rachel Arahill said at the time that “Emma was far too clingy” she’s adamant she’s nowhere near as desperate as Cass Wood was.
“Cass is a beautiful girl, but I’m nothing like her,” Emma said. “I definitely don’t want to come across as Cass whatsoever.
Although her Bachelor experience was far from perfect, the unlucky in love brunette beauty says she would love to star as the next Bachelorette!
“I think I’d give it a crack!” she told 10 daily. “I think I would definitely give it a go, especially seeing as I had such a great experience and made some wonderful friendships with pretty much everyone.”
As for how she felt when Matt picked Helena over her, we can sum it up in one word: heartbroken.
“I was actually really sad about [leaving] because I did have really strong feelings for Matt, but at the end of the day if someone doesn’t reciprocate the same feelings for you, there’s no point sitting around crying about it”.
The 32-year-old continued: “It certainly hurt for a while and took a bit of time to get over, but you move on eventually.”
During the hometown visits, Matt expressed his concerns about moving forward with Emma, revealing he was a tad perturbed when she told her friends she was more than ready to move interstate for him.
And although he once said he was grateful she’s been overly forthright about her feelings, it seems to have scared him off.
“Emma’s feelings have. moved forward so rapidly, and so far ahead of my own. I mean…yeah, there is a chance I could fall in love with Emma. But there’s also a good chance that I might not, in the time we have left.“
