On tonight’s episode, the Chemical Engineer— who also has a Bachelor in Science— enjoyed some one on one time with the Astrophysicist, bonding over everything I’ve never understood – science, maths and textbooks!

“It feels like she’s reading the handbook of what Matt’s looking for in a relationship,” the 31-year-old gushed as he reflected on their romantic date. “She’s slamming it. I am absolutely flabbergasted.”
Unable to wipe the smile off his adorable little face, Matt told us “he loves being around Chelise” and has plans “to get to know her further”. So, basically, what he’s trying to say is we’ll be seeing a lot more of her this season!

Although it was clear sparks were flying between the pair, Matt later revealed he was hesitant to go in for a kiss after the whole Monique drama unexpectedly blew up in his fae… If you need a little reminder, she allegedly called Matt a “disrespectful pig” and a “dog c**t”… Yep, let thank sink in.
Nevertheless, she received a rose… but after tonight’s dramatic episode she should definitely sleep with one eye open.
