Okay, we need to start with a disclaimer. We’re definitely not here to objectify a man, but it seems The Block’s Rosco has a few new admirers. And by a few, I mean hundreds of viewers sharing how much they like him and how attractive they find him.

Rosco and his wife, Lisa, have been firm fan favourites this season, with the loved-up pair navigating Lisa’s second pregnancy and missing their son, Lando, while undergoing renovations. They’ve also been meticulous with their budgeting and have won a number of the CommBank budget challenges.
While this undoubtedly adds to the goodwill viewers have for Rosco, a recent comparison to an actor in an Australian TV show has only enhanced his likeability.
Who do The Block fans think Rosco’s celebrity doppelganger is?
Interestingly, there have been a number of celebrity names bandied about when it comes to Rosco and his resemblance.
One fan reckons he looks like Aaron Brennan in Neighbours (played by actor Matt Wilson), and another pointed to NRL player Isaah Yeo, who co-captains the Penrith Panthers.
David Arquette and even Ryan Gosling were mentioned.
And honestly, we see it.
However, the name that kept coming up was Tane Parata from Home and Away — played by Ethan Browne.
One fan pointed out the similarities, and apparently even went as far as to ask ChatGPT if it could recognise similar patterns in their faces (not sure how we feel about this, but roll with it).
The viewer claims Rosco and the actor have the “same smiley crinkle eyes” and was interested to see what “observations” AI could pick up between the two men.
ChatGPT apparently said: “While their overall facial structures are quite different, the way their eyes behave when they laugh or smile creates a striking resemblance in that specific region.”

Fans fancy Rosco, and they’re not shy about it
After the internet started debating who Rosco’s doppelganger is, the complimentary comments about him started to pour in, too.
“He’s a very handsome man,” one viewer wrote, while another said he’s a “nice guy through and through”.
There were also comments about him being in the sauna, but sharing those here is a journalistic line we’re not willing to cross. No doubt you get the gist.
The bottom line is this. Viewers love a good guy, and it seems they’ve found one in Rosco.
