Wearing a Misha Collection dress and carrying a Marc Jacobs clutch, The Secret Daughter’s Bonnie Sveen stunned at WHO’s Sexiest People Party.
“It’s a little more svelte,” Sveen says of her look, “and a little more different. I haven’t gone for more neutral tones before. It’s fun to explore it.”
The adventurous side of Sveen appears in WHO’s special issue. “I haven’t even seen the cover myself,” Sveen admits of her star turn alongside co-star Jessica Mauboy. “That incredible team that put together the issue, they’re really top-level expertise. It’s an honour.”
Sveen arrived with her assistant director boyfriend Nathan Gooley, who looked on admiringly on the sidelines while the Tasmanian-born former Home and Away star worked the red carpet.
The couple met on the set of the Seven drama 18 months ago and have kept their relationship out of the spotlight. But Gooley has happy to step out in support of his actress girlfriend, who is moving into writing.
“I’ve been writing scripts,” Sveen says. “Just a short film. But hopefully next year, I will be able to share more about it.”
