Married At First Sight alum Tracey Jewel has returned to Instagram after revealing she “went into a head spin and overdosed” on sleeping pills whilst in Europe.
After finding herself stranded and broke overseas after being dumped by her then boyfriend Patrick Kedemos on what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, Tracey revealed to WHO that she took drastic measures before a doctor was called.
On August 3, the former reality star shared a message to Instagram about online trolls ruining her life. “I have lost everything because of your relentless hate,” she wrote. “Hope you’re happy you’ve claimed another one.”
Now, Tracey has returned to social media with a smiling selfie, thanking supporters for their kind words.
“Thank you for everyone’s support and well wishes.. I’ll be updating everyone soon but just wanted to say thanks and right now I’m focusing on getting well,” she captioned the Instagram photo.
Since retuning to Australia, Tracey revealed to WHO that she has spoke to doctors about her situation.
“I’m not someone who has a history of depression—but I started getting help in April because the psychologist said I might have post-traumatic stress disorder because of everything I’d been through.”
