Tilbury posted on her Instagram, “Tonight’s makeup was all about this lustrous, heavenly, Hollywood lip on the hypnotising #amalclooney for the #MetGala tonight!!!”
Charlotte worked her magic to transform Amal into a Hollywood goddess using her signature makeup line and finishing with a bold pop of colour on lips.
Follow Charlotte’s tips to mimic Amal’s Met Gala look:
On eyes: Charlotte applied Eyes to Mesmerise in Marie Antoinette with the Prime and Pop shade in Exagger-Eyes. Amal’s eyes were lined with The Classic Audrey Eye Powder Pencil and finished with lashings of the Legendary Lashes Volume 2 mascara.
On lips: Charlotte applied a lipstick mocktail mixing Lip Cheat in Kiss ‘N’ Tell with Lip Cheat in Walk Of Shame and Hollywood Lips in Screen Siren, to create a bespoke lip colour that popped on Amal. Lips were topped off with a Collagen Lip Bath for a dewy plumped, youthful lip.
To highlight skin: Charlotte mixed two shades of Light Wonder Foundation in 6 and 7 and accentuated Amal’s flawless skin with a Flawless filter product, applying to the high points of her face, where the light catches, like the bridge of her nose, cheekbones and temples.
To finish, Charlotte applied Hollywood Beauty Light Wand to highlight skin with a glow and warmed up her cheeks with Bronze and Glow.
