Kaley Cuoco reveals exactly how she keeps fit

Kaley Cuoco has no problem being honest about her life choices, in fact she admitted to having plastic surgery recently, but the blonde beauty just got candid about how she achieved her very visible abs.

Speaking to Women’s Health Magazine, the 31-year-old said, “I tried spinning, I tried running, I tried yoga, I tried Pilates… I realised I don’t like running… I refuse to do it. I like spinning, so I try to mix that in. When I found hot yoga, I fell in love with it and was like, this is my thing.”

While she enjoys her CorePower Yoga classes, Cuoco admits that she doesn’t always have the energy to undertake the difficult sessions “Sometimes do I want to get up in the morning and do it?” she says. “No. But when I get out, I feel like a million bucks.”

Workouts aside, Cuoco believes her diet plays a huge role in keeping her ads so toned. but abs like Kaley’s are often made in the kitchen.

“When I wake up, I have the same little bit of peanut butter on toast every morning,” she says. For lunch, the star will eat a sandwich, and at dinner-time usually includes fish, such as salmon, and vegetables. However, she insists she isn’t interested in eating meat, “No more meat, I’m like, done,” she says.
