WHO spoke to Global M.A.C Pro Senior Artist, Carol Mackie for her expert tips on how to mimic Meghan’s look at home.

“Everyone’s talking about Meagan’s makeup. She looked super radiant and flawless on her wedding day.,” says Mackie. Radiant skin is easy to achieve on any skin type if you take the time to really prep skin.

Mackie’s skin tips:

Liberally spritz the face with M.A.C Prep & Prime Lightful C Softening Lotion, its super hydrating, clarifying and brightens the skin. Next massage in a strobe cream to achieve a luminous glow.

Add a touch of M.A.C Prep & Prime Skin down the centre of the face to prevent shine. Primer will also act like a magnet to keep foundation in place.

Apply M.A.C Studio Waterweight SPF Foundation starting at the centre of the face, and using a circular motion, blend out the product as you go with a blending brush.

Lightly brighten and conceal around the eyes with a Prep & Prime Highlighter pen tapping the product in with your finger. Set the product with M.A.C Mineralise Skin Finish Powder and a spritz of Prep and Prime Fix + to set and stay all day!

BROWS:

A brow tint product pen is perfect for achieving Megan’s shapely brows. Simply fill and add shape with the shadow end then add light brush strokes from the liquid brush end to accentuate individual hairs. Brush up and through with the hairs with a brow set mascara to keep in place throughout the day.

EYES

Curl the lashes to open up the eyes then add lashings of M.A.C Extended Playlash Mascara to separate and lengthen lashes.

CHEEKS

Megan’s cheeks glowed and looked freshly flushed. To achieve this look, take a fluffy blush brush and lightly buff a mineralised blush over the apple of the cheek sweeping back towards the hairline.

 LIPS

Mimic Meghan’s nude lipstick look by using M.A.C’s Lipstick in Velvet Teddy, the perfect natural lip colour with depth. Line and prime the lips for extra staying power.
