Unlike us mere mortals, celebrities often have exclusive and expensive gym memberships and personal trainers at their disposal. But Lara Worthington’s latest insight into her favourite workouts is proof that you don’t have to over-complicate things.
Taking to Instagram, Lara, 33, shared a video of herself working out in the driveway of her Sydney home.
Dressed in a black leotard and trainers, the mum-of-three jumps with a skipping rope.
In another black and white photo, Lara works out on a reformer Pilates machine.

Lara recently confessed to RUSSH magazine that she likes “a combination of things,” when it comes to keeping fit.
“I recently invested in a treadmill to have at home when going out for my workout isn’t doable. [And] living close to the beach I regularly go for walks with friends and family.”
Whilst skipping may be her “underrated” favourite way to get the blood pumping, Pilates has been one of the model’s favourite ways to workout.
“Now that I am in Sydney, I do Pilates at Fluidform with Kirsten King three to four times a week,” she added.
Fluidform’s founder and head trainer King previously told WHO: “Pilates has the ability to change your whole body by improving your posture and overall functional movement as you become stronger and more flexible.”
“The best form of motivation is when you see results, which comes from commitment, consistency and progression”.

Along with her husband Sam Worthington, Lara went vegetarian years ago but when it comes to health, she’s all about being strong and fit rather than focusing on weight loss.
“Before I had kids, I was always trying to get skinny or be a certain weight,” she told Marie Claire earlier this year.
“My mind was so focused on that, and then the moment I just let myself be happy in my body and had kids, it really changed for me.”
The model added: “I feel like my whole early 20s were just so centred on body issues. Having a baby changed my body for the better. It’s like my body was meant to have kids, and maybe that’s why I’ve had so many and would happily have more!”

Now that she, Sam and their kids Rocket, six, Racer, four, and River, who turns one next month, are settled in Sydney, Lara is loving being back home after years living in the US.
“My whole schedule is based around my sons, and my husband Sam,” the mum-of-three told the Daily Telegraph, adding that she can’t believe how different her life is now.
“Recently through the very wet period in Sydney, I did a shoot in between dropping and collecting my sons from school. Looking at the photos, you would never imagine the reality of my before and after. I love that no matter how glamorous my day can be, being a mother pulls me right back into my wild and wonderful reality.”
