A Nine spokesperson told TV Blackbox on Tuesday the network has no plans for a new show.

So what did we say goodbye to?

In a similar format to Bachelor In Paradise, the show will see former contestants brought onto a tropical island, loaded with booze. What else could we want?

Sources close to the project have said that “early discussions have started”. It is set to follow the US format that already exists.

‘Honeymoon Islanders’ so they’re named are coupled up and have to make the decision if they want to get married, or leave the island single once their time is up.

“Everyone’s messaging everyone to try and see if they’ve heard anything or know anyone that’s been formally approached by Nine,” a source revealed to Daily Mail Australia.

Here’s hoping someone can change their minds.
